  We travel regularly and I would give this location a 6 out of 5 if I could. We’re here for a major surgery for my son, and the people in this office could not be more understanding or helpful. I’m really grateful for this level of service during a difficult time—especially from an industry that’s not necessarily known for being customer service oriented. Thank you, Alamo! Gold star for this location, especially Smith and Eduardo!

  Once again, five stars for Alamo! There is no waiting, everyone is friendly, and you get to pick your own car. I sound like a commercial but it's true. When we arrived in Florida shuttle took us to the Alamo Center. The driver was pleasant and handled our bags. The manager brought us to the row of vehicles to pick. We found one with a sunroof and he smiled and told us it was ours. Great experience overall.

  Rental experience with Alamo at PBI was excellent. The shuttle driver came out and helped bring my bags onto the shuttle. I was directed to the minivan section where I picked out the van I wanted, then was on my way 2 minutes later. Returning the car was even easier. Best rates and excellent service. Also, if you could, I would recommend checking in online and opting for "skip the counter". I will be renting from Alamo again.

  Derek was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as all the other staff. The staff were all also very personable. Parking is a bit limited, but then again you're not expected to park and hang out there. The lot of available cars is well sized with signs to help direct customers to the correct vehicle class. The loading area is covered, but the lot is not. Cars were all cleaned and seemingly recently washed.
  Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

  I truly can say that whenever I rent a car from Alamo I receive great quality service. The staff are friendly and polite and they truly go beyond their call of duty to satisfy their customers. I am 8 months pregnant and I could surely say they made me feel comfortable, I ended up getting a premium car with a lot of space instead of something that was too tight for me. They suggested and I was happy they did. The cars are always clean, and employees are awesome. This is the best Car rental company
