Unfortunately we had an issue with the first vehicle we received, and although it was not budgets fault at all, the staff were very understanding and happy to give us a different vehicle right away.
While our experience might have been hampered at first, it was nice to have such an appreciative team of people help us out and get our vacation underway.
I will definitely return in the future when we vacation again. -

(December 8, 2018, 8:02 pm)Skip the line at the airport, finalize your transaction at the pick up building. Line are too long and most of the time one person behind the counter... Tip: rent the lowest vehicle, they will offer you a better deal for an upgrade... Tip: check your vehicle b4 leaving the facility, there is no longer a check list of damages on the vehicle, take pics just in case... Other than that, do off was the best experience, friendly and courteous crew... PS: bring the crew water, it's hot in that lot...thanks
