“Good customer service so far. I reserved a vehicle online and went to pick it up. There were several people waiting for service when I arrived, but they still managed to get me taken care of quickly. I reserved a compact, but they didn't have one when I arrived, so they gave me a larger vehicle for the same price. The vehicle they out me in has 4500 miles on it, its basically new, and is a pleasure to drive. Hopefully there will be no shenanigans when i return the vehicle. Very pleased with every aspect of my dealings with them so far! UPDATE: Great experience! I had a completely trouble free rental, and the return of the vehicle was quick and easy. Highly recommend!!!”

“This location is currently under construction, other than that it is conveniently located. Everyone working there was friendly, a lot of the previous reviews state that they were rude but I think a lot of people come to this service expecting more than the employees can provide because they were truly exceptional. Jazmine made the whole experience enjoyable (I was picking up a rental car due to a car accident). She made the whole process incredibly easy and even went above and beyond so as to offer extra car cleaning. Definitely recommend this place!”

“I used to be a frequent traveler and loved National for making vehicle rental so easy. With Emerald Aisle membership (free!), I could walk in, select a car and drive off. No counters. No waiting. No paperwork. Now that I’m retired, I experienced this even more! I was traveling to a family reunion for Thanksgiving. I had my usual, superb Emerald experience, but my daughter (and grandchildren) couldn’t get a car. We simply added them to our car and extended the rental online. They checked in at National while they waited for their bags and we were good to go. When we were finished with the car, they took over and returned it to the airport. National makes renting a car easy. It’s what you want in business and with grandchildren!”

“Wonderful experience! Chicago Midway at Thanksgiving with weather issues and construction was a nightmare, but Alamo was great during a late night arrival. Front desk was efficient and associate in the garage was very professional, showing me the features of a car I had not driven before. Early morning departure was equally smooth and professional.”

We had fantastic customer service from Kayla. She explained everything about our rental and was very helpful! The car was terrific and very clean. Easy return as well and the attendant checking the vehicle back in was pleasant as well! I would rent from Thrifty again in the future.”
