This was the only tow shop in the area to pick up the phone (and on the 1st ring). Joseph was so kind hearted and sensitive to our needs. Not only did he tow our car, he took us around the Jefferson County area to different car rentals. Due to spring break everyone was sold out. He didn't leave us until we were safe in a car. To wrap things up, the radiator and engine had to be replaced. He and his wife assisted with dealing with the insurance company. He replaced what needed repaired and has my car running like new. This location does diesel emissions testing for heavy and light duty diesels (any year) and has a warm waiting room with a bathroom. They even informed me that I can take my completed emissions test paper to a kiosk (located in select grocery stores in the county) for renewal instead of making an appointment at the DMV.
