“Car was brought in after a collision in Southern CA left a partial dent in my tailgate and possibly under the rear compartment section. This did also end up offsetting the tailgate where the left C pillar of the gate was elevated and making a large amount of noise at higher speeds. CARSTAR was very good about the process and were professionals through any issues in communication between myself and/or my insurance company. Not only is the damage repaired (instead of replaced!) but two things that were minor issues beforehand have been solved with the repair. My right side taillight had moisture inside due to weather/water and did not evaporate out fully and the seal to the tailgate would like to stick to the hatch, preventing it from opening without assistance at times. Now, the moisture has been removed AND the hatch opens and closes like a glove. I'm caught surprised and unaware at times because of this, wondering if there is something wrong due to the absence of previous noises. Thank you to you and your crew Michael. Professional, upfront and honest about any hang-ups or technical issues in the process, especially when they weren't on you guys. Even though it's 50 miles out, it's worth it being done well and correct.”

My bike was completely wrecked and all that was good was the engine and frame. They worked with me, very friendly and informative. I won't touch another shop and don't mind riding 30 to 40 minutes out of the way to go back to the shop. Service is beyond amazing. I will say it's stressful knowing you need to get work done on your vehicle but they made it stress free and not once did I have to get upset or anything. The owner is such a sweet and passionate woman, and she spent the entire time having a REAL conversation about important topics. It felt like I knew her my entire life, and I also knew that my bike was in good hands with the mechanic. I have been to motorcycle shops all over the world (I mean that literally), my dad was a Biker and always had a good relationship with our local bike shop in the town that I grew up in, as well as many others in surrounding areas, but I can honestly say that this was the BEST experience I have ever had. Conveniently the dealership dodged my calls for the 30-day repair window, and I was stuck finding someone to fix the problem and submit a claim for my warranty. I called close to closing time, and they got me in next day. I didn't think it would be an easy process, and figured no one would deal with the hassle of calling the dealership, but these guys were SO kind and reassuring. They let me know they would handle it, fixed the issue THAT DAY, and took care of filing the paperwork. Even checked in to make sure the car didn't give me any issues on my way to work.
