“Nick and his team saved the day, and at much lower cost than expected. When my dad was visiting NJ from Colorado with his RV, we needed to catch up to some deferred maintenance, and it just couldn't wait any longer. Dad and I are both pretty competent backyard mechanics ourselves, but we didn't have the tools, time and energy for this one. We really felt we needed a truck repair shop with heavy duty tools and the right expertise, and it didn't take long talking to Nick and his assistant to realize that we found the right shop. Nick got the job done, did it right, and was at least 30% less for labor than we would have expected. His biggest detraction, in this echoes some of the other reviews here, regards communication. Since Nick is answering the phone himself, and only via his cell phone, getting a hold of him is sometimes a little challenging. But once you're on his radar and your job is in front of him, he's on it and sticks with it. Stellar work, and I'm going to be bringing more his way!”

I think he should hire a front desk person cause after I got there more people started coming. And he had to do all the paperwork & answer the phone. I didn't have an appointment and he helped me after he was done with the other customer. Most customers didn't have an appointment. But I think it would help if you come on the weekend. But weekday's are probably better. I heard him tell someone on the phone that on Mon his schedule was pretty much open. I would highly recommend Amerismog.”
