“So I had received a free car wash. Due to being out of town I forgot to use it before I left. I had gotten back in Sunday and told myself you need to go and use the coupon tomorrow. Well when I woke up the weather was cold and they were calling for snow. I called up and spoke with Sean and explained my dilemma and asked if the car wash was going to be running even with the weather. He said that it would be and to swing on in anytime. About 2 hours later I got a call from Sean. He wanted to reach out and let me know that they would in fact be shutting down the car wash and didn’t want me to drive in for no reason. He then took it upon himself to ask for my name and number and told me that he would honor my coupon whenever I could come in. I think this customer service was awesome. After he told me that they would be open he could’ve just said screw it and not bothered to call me back. Also to call me back he had to look through his car log to find my number. I had not given it to him when we initially spoke. Especially going out of your way for someone who is simply going to use a free coupon. He truly cares about the customers!”

It's super clean, there are lots of vacuum area, the only disappointing part was the lack of courtesy by the young guy responsible for guiding vehicles onto the wheel roller to enter the wash. He displayed a lack in regard for the customer. When I greeted him, he didn't reciprocate a greeting back. I'm big on customer service. It determines whether or not I'll patronize the business. Otherwise, my vehicle came out super clean, and my tires where the cleanest I've seen them in a while! I'm a member so I visit multiple locations. I love the fact that I can pull up to any location and be covered by my wash club plan.”
