I got on the website, called the phone number and left a message for the owner. The owner called me back in a timely fashion, was courteous and refunded my credit card. “Mr. Benjamin has always been courteous, honest, and thorough. Vehicles that are more trashed cost more to clean than less filthy vehicles. That is fair. I once took him a mini van that had belonged to a hoarder (like you see on TV). The inside of it appeared as though some terrible monster had been to dumpsters behind McDonalds and Starbucks and gobbled up everything and then had become violently ill inside of the vehicle. Mr. Benjamin was a miracle worker. I had considered this vehicle to be irrevocably unclean. Mr. Benjamin told me it would take 4 days to rectify the situation. He did it in 3 and honestly the vehicle (minus some body damage (this is detailing NOT a body shop)) looked brand new. I could not believe the transformation. This was not inexpensive, but the work and level of detail was amazing. I highly recommend his services.”
