“I love coming here to get my oil changed! They check everything for you, literally everything your headlights, tire pressure, even blinkers! They also have reasonable prices and usually send out coupons to your email. I also love that they give you a free basic car wash after getting your oil changed. I usually get a better quality wash and they take off the difference. Great place!”

“OK boys and girls, here it is; As car washes go, this place is, by far, one of the best. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Spend a minute to look over your vehicle before you leave. If anything is not satisfactory, they will gladly take care of it. Friendly, hardworking crew. Free coffee and soda every day and free bagels on the weekend. Only draw back is an occasional long line, which could mean a long wait. They have limited detailing space after the wash which limits their ability to process vehicles.”

“UPDATE 12/25: Dude! Justin, you adjusted the SoftTouch THE WORKS wash: Noticeably better. It did a great job. It's just a car wash, right? Well, I have taken my cars through on several occasions over the years, but never had occasion to leave feedback. This morning after getting tires and an alignment from Eddie's Tire just down the road, figured I should get the car washed for the winter since I had neglected to wash it myself this summer or fall. To get to the point, I had a slight concern (because I paid for the The Works) that there might still be soap on the car. I called the Valley 24-7 Car Wash customer service number--not because I wanted money back (it ain't that big of a deal--especially because I thought maybe what I thought was soap might have just been innocent bubbles from the whatever kind of spray was used at the end of the Soft Touch wash), but because I wanted to let them know the thing might need to be adjusted or something. Anyway, I dialed customer service, and was surprised when I got an answer on the second ring. I explained my observations and the young man (turns out he's the owner who took over management October 2019) gave me a code for a free wash. I felt so good about that--better than I'd hoped for (figured I have to leave a voicemail and would hear nothing back). He listened to what I had to say, was actually interested in the possibility of an issue, and was professional and courteous. Jordan is his name, and he deserves your business. “I stopped in after a snow we had to wash off the salt from my truck. This is the first self car wash I’ve ever seen with a credit card reader. Instead of putting quarters in, you swipe your card. The time starts counting up instead of down. Instead of being worried about having to put more quarters in, you just wash till you’re done and hit stop. Genius! Besides that the place was just a normal car wash. But five stars for this ground breaking technology.”
