“I do not understand all of the extremely negative reviews of the Walgreens in Carrollton, KY. I have visited several times this year, for scrips and other items, and my experiences were positive. The pharmacy staff has proven to be patient, informative, and courteous. The checkout staff up front are very friendly and super nice. Walgreens is a nice, clean store with great products. I often do some grocery shopping there to avoid Kroger. If customers are having great difficulty with a scrip, they should contact their provider to see if there is a holdup on that end. At times, my PCP staff was on lunch, so there was a bit of delay in faxing my scrip. A lady pharmacist once worked through her lunch to make sure she caught my scrip when it arrived. I love Walgreens Carrollton.”

“Its decent for a discount store. I like the convenience and the staff are all friendly. The isles can be a bit hectic while stocking, but, it ensures availability of most sale items. The thing I do not like, and this is all locations, is the fact that when DG has coupons, say for $3.00 off febreeze and the sale price is $3.00, the item is NEVER in stock until a day or two after coupon expires. They carry a large stock of dog/cat treats and foods. It seems they're a bit cheaper than rival or grocery stores, but, in reality, its the same if not more expensive when looking at price per ounce.”

“I drive from the coast to the mountains around once a month. I usually make a point to stop at this station to fill up each way. It usually has the cheapest good quality gas on my route. This time it was especially busy because the gas was $.20 cheaper than surrounding stations. At this time, more than ever, every penny counts when purchasing gas, especially when traveling across the state. I didn't stop inside, but the people are usually helpful and polite. I have stopped at all hours and can't think of a time I've regretted my stop.”
