“We were pulling out of the store parking lot and got a flat tire because there was metal sticking out of the handicap spot where you walk up and it popped our tire. The manager of the store was very helpful they changed our tire for us also bought us a tire to put on our truck that matches the ones we have. It took a while to get a hold of the office but the manager finally got through and helped us out. I also got a free drink out of it which was cool. Thank you manager of the Shell gas station in Columbia Tennessee..”

“I live right down the street from this gas station and I know most of the workers and they're all very friendly people. I have three kids and do a lot of business here the drinks and candy are mostly reasonably priced, smokes are on the higher end but they don't have much control over tobacco taxes and all that. They do sell cans of engine starter spray too which saved me a lot of work one day haha. Great store and great employees, always friendly and greet people with a warm welcome.”

“I was at the store on 80th in Arvada tonight and the lid to my gas tank was frozen over so that I could not get it open to put gas in my car. It was extremely cold and snowy out and so when I went in to the store to ask for help I kind of expected whoever was in there to tell me there was nothing they could do. Instead Jolene (I hope I spelled her name right) immediately came out and chiseled the ice from around the gas tank lid. No hesitation, just a smile and help for this old lady. Could be because of new resets but I noticed a few different employees. They seemed to care for how their store looked. BIG, HUGE difference in attitude. Hope they can continue to keep it up to prove it didn't tidy up only for reset. Like the quick self checkout in Disputanta too! “Although, I had to wait in line longer than I should have it was because the cashier waited patiently for a customer to go to the car to look for her debit card. This showed great customer service skills and the cashier apologized for the wait to those of us who was waiting in line. I went in for a Birthday card and to get cash back. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because the store is very crowded/overstocked and she didn't make me aware of the fee when I asked could I get cash back when making a purchase.”
