“I had a problem with an item I purchased at the shanty. It only cost 18$ so I did not expect them to be able to return or exchange a small item like the one I bought. I talked to Jesse on the phone and dealt with Brenda in the store and they were more than helpful. They Determined that it may have been a defective product and they exchanged the item that I bought for no cost. I guarantee there is no other store around that would have done this for me. In the past $18 wouldn’t have mattered to me I probably wouldn’t have even called, but I recently had a child and money is tighter than ever LOL. “This SA is my local stop for gas and smokes. I am there at least 3 times per week. The employees know me and always treat me with friendliness. This morning, I stepped out of my car and found a pair of women's panties in the parking lot. Alarm bells went off in my head for two reasons. Women don't normally lose their panties on purpose. I have been severely attacked myself. So, I went into the store to buy my smokes and I told the employees what I had found. Angie came outside with me to see what I found, and she picked them up in a plastic bag. I told her why it upset me and she immediately gave me a hug. I will, of course, continue to visit this location mostly because of employees like Angie. She is very special in that she didn't just treat me as a customer, but she had empathy for my personal views and she even apologized as if it was her fault or the fault of the store. Of course, it is not the store's fault. I just wanted you to know that you have a very special employee who can deal with any strange situation. I will look forward to seeing Angie the next time I visit for sure!”
