“Had a great experience with my shopping trip tonight. The employee Josh (May have been a manager) was extremely helpful and made our trip a great one. I went through the self checkout at the Santa Ana store on Bristol/17th. My daughter wanted to use her gift card she recently got for her birthday. As she was checking out the card was having issues but Josh stepped in and was able to help us so she could make her purchase with her birthday money. I am very thankful for Josh's help, he gives the type of service that makes you want to come back and also let others know how great the employees are. “I like the new look of the store. There are a lot more checkout lanes and they have more cashiers so more lines are open. The front area is a lot less cluttered and you can see clear to the other end of the store. The women's underwear department needs to be organized. As with most stores they are offering less variety. It wasn't too crowded and I found almost everything I needed.”

“Went in for the Calphalon pans in the 2 pack set I have been buying for a number of years. Grabbed a set of those and the 3.5 quart sauce pan with lid. That’s all I really need though I keep telling myself I’m going to buy the 10 piece set with the flat lids one of these days. When those first came out they were about $500, today they were on sale for less than $360. Hummm…. Got those things then got 2 apple/potato peelers and some other stuff I didn’t need.
