“Princeton Electrical Makeover provided a great customer experience from start to finish. We needed a 50 Amp connection in our garage for charging our new plug-in hybrid. Alex K who came to provide the estimate was very knowledgeable and experienced. He patiently answered all my questions, from the technical (like the type of plug, wire, etc.) to the administrative (like the process to get the PSEG rebate, the town permit, etc.). After we got their estimate their office was very prompt in answering my calls and questions. Once we gave them the go ahead, They scheduled the install immediately. Alex A. and Ken E. arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They wore booties in the house and were also very patient in answering my questions. Alex had to combine two 25 amp breakers in the main breaker box to get 50 amps for the new circuit, which he did by shutting off only a few breakers. They had to pass the 50 amp wire from the breaker box (which was in one corner of the basement) to the garage (which was in the other corner). As my basement is finished with drywall, I was skeptical they could do it without breaking the dry wall but they did it! They also installed a NEMA 14-50 plug in the garage and hooked up the Chargepoint charger too. The whole process was finished in under 4 hours. They also filed the permit to start the work with our township and got it approved. The township checked the work and approved it as well. So all in all, great work by the entire team at Princeton Electrical Makeover! I was very impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and punctuality. They basically did the whole project from start to finish perfectly! We will definitely use them in the future.”

“Frank and Edi did a good job of assessing our project and completing the work. Our mailboxes had deteriorated and fallen apart. Kash Construction re-installed the wooden post, replaced the crossbeams, and purchased and installed new mailboxes for us. We had to give them some direction on how we wanted things to be done, but they are dedicated workers and were happy to put in the time and effort. We provided them with basic tools like our shovel, broom, and wood filler. In the end, our mailboxes look great and I look forward to many years of usage.”

Jeff of Craft Electric was referred by a friend and he scheduled Carlos to come out the next day. I really needed a quick response to get my business open again and Jeff understood. Carlos was very communicative when he ran into a longer than expected service call scheduled before mine. When he arrived he took the time to listen thoroughly to the issue and what I had done in attempt to fix it. He found the problem and got it fixed within the two hour minimum. “Super Electric provided truly excellent service, from initial quoting to project completion and permitting. Our old Mac-Groveland house still used knob-and-tube wiring in roughly 1/3 of the structure, and we wanted all of it rewired with modern, safe wiring. Super Electric was up to this large and complex task! They began by thoroughly reviewing the areas in question, provided a detailed quote, and got us on the schedule. When the work began, the crew was on time every day, was extremely professional and skilled, communicated consistently, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Even though this kind of rewiring requires some cutting into the walls and ceiling, the team was very thoughtful and minimalistic in where they cut, meaning that subsequent drywall repair was simpler than expected. They left the house tidy and operational every day. The project passed permitting inspection with no issues, and all work was completed as planned, exactly according to the estimate. I couldn’t be more pleased, and would highly recommend Super Electric!”
