So I called Justin and he was able to come out on short notice. Justin came to my home and was able to troubleshoot and repair my issue quickly. “Ronnie & Tyler are lifesavers. Friday before Memorial Day my electrician cancelled on me. I was in the process of completing my outdoor kitchen and needed the wiring done before the granite was placed on Friday afternoon. They were booked up but Ronnie agreed to swing by and see if anything could be done. In 3 hours, they had run all the wires and set the key outlets so that the work could continue. Because of their work, my kitchen was completed enough that we could enjoy the new grill for Memorial Day weekend. They will be back this week to finish trimming out the remaining outlets and installing the lights that i purchased over the weekend. I cannot say enough good things about them. Heck, they even called me on Saturday night to make sure that everything was good!!”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had a water heater emergency on a Sunday (of course!). The water heater in my new condo had an inch of water in the pan and stopped working and it was only 3 years old. I called another place first that claimed to have emergency service, they couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday! Next, I called Hartlaub - and boy am I glad I did. First off they returned my emergency phone call almost immediately - which was amazing cause I was very nervous being on the top floor and knowing of a neighbor whose broken water heater flooded the unit below. Mike walked me through turning off the water/power - we determined my tank was under warranty, we exchanged text pictures to determine the severity - he even advised me to put a new battery in my water alarm and replace it on the floor! Anyhow, since the tank was unavailable until Monday - we decided to wait until the next day (although they were more than willing to come out immediately - even just to calm my fears!), So next day - Jack - the perfect plumber shows up. He was friendly professional and oh-so-informative and I could tell he loved his job. He went the extra yard replacing my water heater and installing a thermal expansion tank in hopes of preventing this from happening again. Whew! These guys are definitely gonna be my "go-to" guys for future maintenance needs. Thank You Thank You Hartlaub!”
