“I started seeing Lindsey about 8 months ago when I decided I wanted to intelligently improve my singing voice. I was terrified at first, having never sang in front of other people, as most people usually are. Eight months later, I can functionally play guitar, am confident singing in front of others, and have begun writing my own songs. We worked bi-weekly, following a balance of my curiosities, interests, and song choices, alongside her structured lessons on vocals, skill development and music theory. She also hosts a student gathering every month or so, where we all get together to practice performing in a supportive environment, and I found it was essential to my growth. “Always love coming to this Walmart. They have way more self-checkout stations than the one on Hamilton Church Rd. (Which is closer to me by the way!) The negatives are, they run outta stock a lot on certain things that take forever to be restocked. Other negatives are prices on items are often different when you get to the register. Then you'll have to go to Customer Service and wait in that long line to correct the issue. All and all, it's just a really nice, clean location.”
