“These guys did it again! They saved the day! I bought a computer from them when my old one started misbehaving because it's battery was going. When I got the newer machine I realized they repaired older ones and that my little old one could still be used alongside my new larger one. Well they got it working better than ever and now I have a new battery and my space bar works again! Butterfly keyboard? No problem. Even fixed this 12" model a lot of people don't want to touch. And I don't know what kind of influence they have with the delivery people but my device got here on Saturday when it wasn't expected until Monday. Miracles do happen! Highly recommended! “We were doing a construction project at our home and called 811 before you dig to mark utility lines. The company failed to mark lines for silica broadband, so unfortunately we cut the fiber cable for internet. We notified Dave with Silica on a Sunday evening at 5:30pm, bc it was very important due to the fact I work from home, he came out on a Sunday evening, a few hours after the occurrence happened and worked in the dark until 11:30 pm just to make sure I had internet to start work at 7am. He has amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend his company to anyone, not only is the customer service great, but the internet service is great as well!!”
