He told me everything and more about the different printers, their features their longevity, and which models that seem to have problems the most. I mean I asked in-depth questions and he knew everything, he was able to explain how long the ink would last what the print production rate would be, what uses less ink than others, Zack I think his name was, fantastic help”

I verified with another guitar shop that was correct, so I returned it right away and got a full refund. He recommended a much higher quality guitar I found for $1,000, and no you don't need a guitar this expensive to get started. I have played guitar for many years yet Al was able to give me some great suggestions about my playing technique and more.
