“I just moved to Tucson within the last year and this has been the absolute most helpful store ever. I used to go to a Music and Arts in Maryland (no idea it was the same place) and I can say that their customer service is above and beyond across the country! I took a bass with a broken bridge to a certain big box retailer and all they could do is stand there with a shocked look and say they couldn't do anything for me. I went to Music and Arts (should've gone there 1st) and was treated like I was the only customer in the store. They have been in touch with me to inform of any updates, and are friendly and knowledgeable. Great store!”

“Went Sunday night 05/02/2021, @ 8:20. Moving quickly to get a few things. We knew they were closing the doors at 9. Grabbed a couple things from health and beauty aids, needed 2 or 3 from cosmetics, @ 8:41 the girl was closing it off said she couldn't help us, and walked away. While we were waking away we had a nice team lead who was putting up returns heard me grumbling, allowed me 2 grab my 2 things. She was kind, and that's why I'm giving them a nice review! Really wanted to blast them for making me walk down to grocery to check out at 8:44, & then walk back to the general door to leave, but the nice team lead made the day better. Thank You team lead, you made my world easier.”

The manager was very friendly and explained what the buying options were when I wasn't sure if I wanted to use the inhouse financing. They weren't pushy or anything. “My daughter had a problem with her computer that she bought it would have took the manufacturer 30 days to return her computer but she took it to Best buy and have the geek squad look at it they had a membership that you paid $200 for and we got that instead of paying $250 for them to look at her computer the $200 was for their membership and you can take almost any device there for them to fix and if it's fixable they'll fix it they will let you know if there's any additional charge the membership I will say is the best thing to get for your all your electronic device needs of service it was a fast turnaround time because they said that it would take 3 days but actually it only took one day and she came back to get her computer and now she can finish streaming online great work geek squad.”
