“Donna was SO kind and SO patient with me. I came in with a basic idea of what we needed for an upcoming baby shower. I knew the plan was to have a potted plant on each table - and that my beautiful daughter-in-law loved Gerbera daisies. Donna took that and ran with it. Our issue was that the shower was on Sunday, and we had another daughter's-in-law baby shower the day before, so we wouldn't have much time to put the plants together. Donna and her team not only potted the plants, but cut the daises and filled the water tubes so that all we had to do the day of was put the flowers in the tubes and then into the plants. She even made one up so that we'd have an example. Our grandchild's beautiful Mommy loved them - as did the attendees at the shower! 🌼”

“Sendik's is definitely a more upscale grocery store without as much of a "natural" focus as Whole Foods. It's a happy medium between your standard grocer and a boutique/specialty grocer. I love that they feature a lot of local products and that they have a great variety. Staff is friendly and their deli, bakery, and meat departments all offer a variety of high-quality products. It is much better than shopping at a super Walmart.”

“I called Eddie in the ninth hour the day of my sister's, my mother's, and my father's memorial service. After losing the very people that helped instill in me a strong family bond, the very people that taught me what family means, all within a year and a half, I was on the verge of an emotional breakdown and I completely forgot to have an arrangement made. The service was at 3:00 p. m. I called Eddie between noon and one o'clock and I was nearing panic mode. I explained what I needed, that my budget was pretty much non existent, and that it was needed in less than two hours. I honestly expected aggravation to be the overtone in his voice when he replied, so I was pretty shocked when he warmly chuckled and asked where the arrangement needed to be. He asked what colors, and I chose white in honor of my mom's fight with lung cancer (the ribbon is off white, i think) and blue because it was daddys and Jessies favorite color. He wasn't sure if he had enough blue left, but assured me he'd "see what I can throw together". He was already at the church with the delivery when we got there but I wasn't able to catch him in time to say Thank you. When I walked in and saw what he "threw together", I cried. It was absolutely beautiful. Elegant and Sassy. That's what it reminds me of, which if you know my family, you know how fitting it is. I can't speak highly enough of Floral Designs by Eddie. He had definitely earned a faithful and life long customer.”

“Tina went above and beyond when I accidentally ordered a bouquet of all Birds of Paradise (which have to be sent in from Hawaii!) but she was able to adapt the order to meet my wants with a gorgeous, colorful bouquet. She responds promptly to personal emails and their website it great for ordering JUST You want! Lots of choices of bouquets from type of event to type of flower. A pleasant experience all around! “Sharla is an amazing talent and her work truly made my wedding spectacular. Sharla was so present and accessible throughout the planning process. She showed up to all of the venue walkthroughs and regularly made herself available for meetings in her studio as well. My wedding had a lot of artistic voices (my mom, a wedding planner, and a designer) and she was able to seamlessly incorporate feedback and deliver on everyone’s visions! Our ceremony set-up included a treasured, fragile Chuppah that she respected and treated with the utmost care while still making everything look gorgeous. Our event was pretty complex with multiple locations and installations and Sharla rose to the challenge and was so collaborative with our other vendors to execute the whole event. Perhaps the most difficult aspect was the incredibly short period of time she had to set up our ceremony location (which was in a museum), but you wouldn’t have known there was any rush or challenge based on the final product, which was spectacular. In a wedding where Monet’s water lilies are the design inspiration, the bar for florals is pretty high, and Sharla truly exceeded all my wildest expectations on how beautiful florals can be.
