“Our experience with them was great considering the circumstances. Robert was our director and knows the business. Everything went as planned and as we were told it would. No pressure sales, no confusion and all our questions were answered promptly. We used their facility for the viewing and the service. Very professional and compassionate. Only drawback is they don't have a limo for the family to follow behind the hearse. We used River Place Limo for that. Don't sign a contract until you talk with these folks.”

Ms. Diane was so helpful throughout the entire process of picking flowers, urn, music that we chose and provided, and all the details. We did not feel pressured by sales tactics that other funeral homes use. The coffee area was relaxing to sit and talk with guests and family during a difficult time. “I don't know if the price of cremation services are equal across the board regardless of which funeral home is used, but my husband's cremation, no viewing, service, etc, was quite expensive here. However I do appreciate the help of the woman, whose name escapes me now, for helping to establish the proof of a husband & wife, albeit common law, so his useless family wasn't allowed to come in, take his ashes, and do with as they pleased. We were together almost twenty years and his wish was to be buried wherever I am, so I will always be grateful that I will be able to honor that thanks to Crosier-Pearson.”

“Both sets of my grandparents are buried at this cemetery. Also two aunts and Three uncles. I live in Virginia. When I come back home to North Carolina I visit their graves and have taken flowers to put there. Once when I was there there was a problem with one of the flower vases. I could not get it out. I went to the office and asked Katy Lail if someone could help me. Johnny Forbes came down and got down on hands and knees (it had started to rain) and fixed the vase for me. He also cleaned off my grandparents marker He was not asked to do that. The respect that Mr Forbes showed me was inspiring. He was so very nice. This cemetery is one of the prettiest and well kept that I have ever seen and the staff is friendly helpful and courteous. Visit Virginia and look at these here if you do not believe me. Thank you at Catawba for taking such good respectful care of my loved ones.”
