Michelle was kind and sensitive. But more important, she was amazingly efficient and knowledgeable. She made a difficult time a little less so. Michelle is the consummate professional.

Brian is a very honest man. He was very informative as to what would happen and the whole process of having my father in law cremated . He helped us through the whole process because this was the first time we had to deal with putting a loved one to rest . I couldn't think of anyone I'd rather have to help me in the future .
