  Mike and team were exceptionally helpful, flexible and kind. I relocated from Orlando to Tampa in March and at the same time I lost my mother. This meant that I had to purchase an additional unit. I was extremely emotional and distraught. The empathy and care that this team provided during the most difficult time in my life far exceeded my expectations! I am most thankful and blessed to have had the type if service that I had and continue to have.

  These folks were great. We got pushed back on a closing and we’re in a bind as we had to be out of one house before we could close on our new house. The managers jumped through all kinds of hoops to help us out. I highly recommend. Many thanks to the managers of both facilities.

  Mike the Manager was outstanding. Really knows his stuff. Answered all my questions and gave me great move- in advice. It was the kind of experience you wish you could have everywhere you go! Highly recommend!!

  The staff here is amazing. I went rushing after an hour ride from work to obtain my gate information as I had misplaced it and needed to URGENTLY get some stuff from my unit. Unfortunately, I arrived after closing hours. Luckily for me One of the employees “Mike” saw me while he was sitting in his car ready to leave and actually got out and opened the office back up and got me the information I needed. This is truly the definition of Grade A customer service. If I wouldn’t have been able to get what I needed my whole week would have been thrown off. Thank you Mike for your excellent customer service and compassion and understanding.

  I have never had an experience with a storage company as I’ve had with Extra Space Storage. Every one that I’ve communicated with was extra friendly and helpful and always available... ALWAYS!
  
  Moving can take a toll on you, especially across state, but from the ease of online access and everything I needed at the touch of a button, it was a great experience.

  Easy to work with Andy Cohen. He gave options and all he wanted for our answer was a yes or no. When we said "yes" we discussed that option more. There was no pressure when we said no. He understood our situation. After the initial visit, we had more questions which he gladly answered. He offered to come to our home if that would be easier for us.

  Patrick and Camille were very kind, compassionate, comforting and professional during my loss. They were informative and helped with all of our questions. The suggestions they had were great. The service turned out absolutely perfect. Camille helped me from the beginning when the service was prearranged years ago and I have worked with her ever since. Patrick was very detailed and considerate in planning the service. Everyone was comforting and courteous to our family and friends. Would definitely recommend the funeral home and cemetery to everyone.

  This is one of Florida’s most beautiful cemetery’s and was founded in 1927.
  It is open from 7:30am to 5:30pm daily. Come visit and see where some of Jacksonville’s most prominent citizens chose as their final resting place.
  There is a beautiful funeral home located on the property as well as event center.
  They just added San Marco Estates which is a new burial area inside the existing Cemetery on beautiful land.
