“Cappetta's Funeral home, specifically the owner Tony, made the best of a very sad situation. We met with him prior to the passing of our mother and he helped us get everything in place with decisions made, for when the time came. He made the entire situation easy for us and took care of everything. We just made a phone call when the time came and he handled everything smoothly and without any additional stress for us. He is very responsive to calls, and a follow through, kind person. For reference for those reading this, my mother chose to be cremated. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service we received and would recommend him highly.”

I was very pleased with everything, and the graveside service was exactly what was needed, small, intimate, but very casual. “Pastor Edward took excellent care of my family specially my Father who passed away. We had called other funeral homes and they never called back, then we called Romero Family funeral home and immediately they set up an appointment for us and took care of all our needs. Pastor Edward explained the whole process in both English and Spanish, as my mother only speaks Spanish. The service was beautiful, we didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of everything. “I ordered a phone from Xfinity and sighed when I saw it was to be delivered by Fed Ex. It sat in Indianapolis for five days so I cancelled that order and just got a replacement. Now Fed Ex tried to deliver it while I’m at work and said I need to go pick it up in downtown with all the rush hour traffic because the phone needs a signature. It was originally supposed to be delivered on a day I could actually be there to sign for it. But I need the phone so I can take it back to Xfinity to get my money back. What a nightmare. I always have issues with Fed Ex. Always! Update: after going to the site to pick up the package, I’m changing my rating. The guy there was really nice, there wasn’t a line, and they got my box really quickly. It’s not the fault of this location that the box was delayed.”

“This place deserves a 5 star and PLUS. We are not from AZ, we were staying in Camp Verde for a 4 day weekend back in June and when we woke up, we had seen our little Pooch had passed. When I called this establishment, I was scared that they would not be able to accommodate us. After speaking with, who I believe was, Andy, he made sure that we would be taken care of. He had so much compassion and he understood how much our fur baby meant to us. When we got there we were sent to a room and we were able to say our good byes to the little fella. We have never gone through this and we were so shocked on how well this process went. We were pretty far from All Pets Great & Small but the drive to take Pooch (yes his name was Pooch) and back to pick up his remains was so well worth it. I suggest this place to anyone who wants their fur baby to be treated with the utmost respect.”

“I would highly recommend Metroeast Mortuary. Our dear brother was in a nursing home and his cerebral palsy took control of his body. After spending 10 days in the hospital and 10 days in hospice he passed away very peacefully. We are out of state and dear sweet Charisse and Elizabeth made it possible to finalize our brothers funeral. Even in the early morning of his passing, they went above and beyond to stayed in touch throughout the next 72 hours. He was brought back to us quickly, so our family could have some peace. They are so kind and compassionate and even checked on us to see how we were doing. It is hard enough to lose a loved one and with Covid and being so far away it was next to impossible to imagine having to plan a funeral. Thanks to the good, kind people of Metroeast Mortuary, our family is at peace and feel as if our brother was taken care of with dignity. Our family will be forever grateful.
