“About a month and a half ago I was trying to get a tail light bulb replaced and called the Firestone on Ann, the one I ALWAYS go to for service. Long story short I got the runaround from a very rude guy and had to look elsewhere. I called another Firestone and no go. I finally talked to Daniel at this location. He was so nice and professional and told me to just bring it in. He didn't want me to wait for a bay so he changed the bulb right there in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes, told me to have a nice day and sent me on my way. I appreciated that so much that I just made a service appointment with him and will bring my car here from now on!”

“We were treated with kindness from the first visit until the end. The ladies that took care of us were very good Morgan, Jule, & Hannah. They made are process seem easier under the circumstances. Our Mother looked amazing just the right amount of makeup to blend her color. She looked so peaceful laying in her final resting place. Our graveside services had few hiccups but nothing that wasn't handled or not in our control. The service was beautifully done the flower's were arranged nicely. My loved one purchased one of Walton's plans in the 1980's when I called to start the arrangements I spoke with Mike he was pleasent and understanding, though I had my copies Mike informed me if I didn't he had copies. This was the start of holiday season, family informed how long the process could take, I was concerned and I hope that we could move a little quicker Miike insured me that things would be okay and he would update me. “CE Willie helped me transport my fathers body to UNC for body donation. It was a very very good experience. First of all, when you call, you end up talking to CE Willie himself. It is truly a family owned business. And although he has a team working with him, he chooses to be present for all aspects of serving his customers.. He is a retired school principal and explains things in a warm, down to earth, easy to understand manner. He is respectful and kind and seems to be in it to serve. To be honest some of my conversations with other funeral services in the area felt like they were not giving me all the information I needed to make good decisions and it felt like they were doing it mostly for the money and trying to make as much money as possible. My experience was that CE Willie was fair, compassionate, and ethical in the way he runs his business.”

Maria was our funeral director and she did and amazing job! She was kind, patient, understanding, helpful and efficient. Carmen, the office manager was also exceptional. She handled all of the business matters precisely and in a timely manner. She worked quickly and effectively to insure that everything was taken care of perfectly. The website was beautiful with the obituary and photos and the day of the service was wonderful. The memory table was gorgeous and everything was taken care of exactly as planned. The entire process made it so much easier to focus on celebrating my mother-in-law’s life rather that feeling stressed and confused upon her passing.
