“These folks are so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me, even when there was nothing in it for them. My Google phone stopped taking a charge, so I brought it in to this local store to see how to get it fixed. In the end I had to send the phone to Google: a process that would take 10 days. I really need my phone, so I was distressed about what to do. These folks rummaged around and found a phone they could loan me for 10 days! There was no new sale in it for them. They just took care of me. Can't say how much that loner saved me. This is an authorized retailer: not the cellphone company's own store. I don't know that I'd get such good customer service at an actual cellphone company store. (Just my opinion.)”

“Here's a deal, you can go right across the street to home Depot and buy paint. But, as much as I hate to admit it... A $75 gallon of Sherwin-Williams paint is simply head and shoulders better than anything sold at home Depot. There's a reason why all painters go to Sherwin-Williams and get their supplies. They're not getting crazy kickbacks, they don't get freebies, and it's more expensive than going to the big box retailers. I use a friend's commercial account who happens to be a painter and I can tell you that a gallon of their high quality exterior paint or interior paint is still more than Lowe's or home Depot even with their discount. The trade-off is the quality, there's simply nothing to compare it to. Go to a Sherwin-Williams sometime and see who goes in there and shops, if the pros use them, That's a good sign that you should too.”
