Communication was great, Andy and his team handled everything with perfection, even bringing a speaker to play music as we released the doves. “David and his team have been a blessing. In 2014 my son died unexpectedly. Harper’s went above & beyond to ensure my son had a proper funeral. I was a hot mess & they got me through planning and the service without up selling on everything needed. This year, 2021, my grandpa passed away. Once again David and his team did their thing to make sure everything was as Grandpa wanted it (he was smart & preplanned). Both times they were available at anytime we needed. It was obvious our deceased loved ones were taken care of with respect & compassion. The building itself is clean, the grounds are clean, and no one was crowded in a small room. Every seat was placed so that family and friends were comfortable & no one felt left out. The crew at Harper’s care about those who need their services; they make that apparent with the first call. We weren’t a dollar sign, we were a family grieving and Harper’s did not take advantage of that. Even the hospice nurse was blown away that the funeral director himself came to pick our loved one up. Her experience with other funeral homes was an answering service & no contact with the funeral home director at all.”
