The staff made sure that we were not overwhelmed with planning during the holiday. Nancy, our funeral director, went above and beyond to make my parents celebration of life very special. She provided insight, made my ideas a reality, and was there for me every step of the way. We could not have gotten though it all without her. Her help allowed us to celebrate a bittersweet first Christmas without my parents. In addition, in the final week before the service she was able to make the changes I requested.
