We had registered for some Le Creuset on Amazon for our wedding, but hadn’t gotten the full amounts, so we popped by here while we were in the area to see if perhaps what we wanted was cheaper. They didn’t have the exact thing we had registered for, BUT they had so much more! I ended up getting an even more beautiful dutch oven, PLUS a baking sheet and a few other little goodies for even cheaper than the Amazon price! THEN they told me they could order the the Fig color, which is exclusive to Crate and Barrel! Alexis and Sarah were FANTASTIC! They were informative but also genuinely excited about all the products there. I left absolutely giddy and so pleased with our purchases. We might make the 3 hour drive back to get more!”

“We were in need of new carpet to be installed in two of our office rooms and vinyl linoleum be replace in the kitchen room. We were first recommended to call M&R from a vendor of ours and we thought of using a carpet store that is a block away from our office. But from the moment we walked in the showroom, we had a bad vibe from the people working there where no one came close to us asking if we need any help or anything for about 15 minutes. So we came back, took our vendors word and called M&R. I spoke with Raymond where we setup an appointment and he showed up on time for measurements and brought some carpet and linoleum samples for us to choose from. The process was so fast and easy that we did not realize there was work being done in some of our rooms and what made us to write a review about this guys was the attention to details and quality of service. They even asked us if we want to have the hallway carpet be changed also since they had an extra piece of material that came from one of the rooms. And all that with no additional charge. And what more can you ask when the owner shows up at the job sight for quality checking and making sure the place is vacuumed and cleaned after the job is done. We strongly recommend M&R Carpet to those who are in need of flooring service!”

“Glenn is very knowledgeable and also friendly. Their work is professional and they produce quality products. We used them to help replace our dining room chair cushions. Glenn was upfront about the costs and what we needed and we appreciated that. We called around to several places but we felt Glenn was the most knowledgeable and we could tell he cared about the final product he would be delivering to us - an important aspect we were looking for. GQ Interior also was familiar with and had access to some popular types of fabrics, including revolution fabric, that we were interested in - several other places we contacted had never heard of revolution fabric. He also uses high resiliency foam, which apparently is used in the restaurant industry too since they last longer - we were also interested in this for our dining room chair cushions which Glenn uses for his work. I would highly recommend GQ Interior to others and will use him again for other work we will have in the future.”

“I went to their warehouse to buy a combo cabinet. Before I went I removed my back seat in my Camry. Mike helped me pick out a nice cabinet. Two guys tried everything to get it in the back seat of my Camry, even helped me take off the door panel, got it half way in, but it just wouldn't fit. Not their fault, and they could not have tried harder, so they got tipped anyway. One of the workers happens to live in my city and offered to take it to me (for a small reasonable fee). Everyone I ran into at their warehouse was very cool and helpful. Their cabinets are in GREAT condition, very solid and at a great price. I didn't ask if they take credit cards, I paid cash. With inflation so high and credit card companies are charging merchants 12%-18%. Do these guys a favor, if they do take credit cards, just pay cash, they work their asskes off, oh and tip! This is a real review, and I got nothing for this review except the personal satisfaction of of being able to say with more than just words...THANK YOU! Don”

“Highly recommend Timeless Interiors!! We contacted them about a kitchen remodel (along with floors and adjoining rooms) in early 2022. Karen worked with us to come up with some great design options. Customer service was excellent and she did a great job of taking our input and converting that into a well-designed plan for our home while sticking within our budget. Once the work began, everything was well communicated. The craftmanship and attention to detail was really the high point. Everyone on their crew went to great lengths to make sure everything was done right and looked great once finished. Again, can't say enough about the high service level. They even went so far as to help jump our car's dead battery one morning! The only downside of the experience was the appliances, which really wasn't the fault of Timeless. We had purchased appliances understanding they were in stock but had to scramble to find replacements once the work began (No thanks to Ferguson Appliances!). With all the supply chain delays, I just suggest you have your appliance plan locked in early. Timeless made the issue much more manageable by working around a delay and coming up with some superb solutions with an alternate item. About a week after the job was over; they did a final inspection to make sure we were 100% satisfied (yes, we were). We plan to use them again on our next project. The storeroom was well stocked, the staff was super helpful, and we got a killer deal on our grill (saved $800 compared to other stores and online). Josh went above and beyond to help educate us and get us an incredible grill at an amazing price. I’d called other stores, but ended up buying the grill unseen over the phone based on Josh’s reviews. My experience was as wonderful as everyone else’s. Josh and BBQ Galore are now our go-to bbq store!”
