“I went to Walmart for an oil change . 3 hours wait , as always . I will not be going here again for oil change . This place made me start changing my own oil . The prices here are great in the store though. But they have 5 bays for cars and I think 2 or 3 service people . Need a new manager . Update: I went to Walmart yesterday but not for automotive care . The shopping was pleasant and store was clean and not very crowded at this location. Update: Still have good prices but like everywhere else they have gone up on everything.”

“Super Busy on Mondays. Basically packed to the extent people are squeezing past every 10 seconds. So maybe not the best day to go. Station to check electronics before you buy which is great if you can find the proper power adapter to fit electronic. Will usually be hanging on rack priced separately but still the prices were great though! And I was able to test before hand so I purchased. Self check out was a snap. No waiting in line (card only). Employees are always super helpful & quick when help is needed at checkout. Oh & book section for gradeschool & Up was high quality for used books.”

“Lots of promises and do not follow through. This is my second mattress and not happy with my mattress or this company. Will never refer to anyone. Be careful and make sure you get all your paperwork and everything signed and in writing. It will cost more money to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee and promised to set the financing to 48 months no interest if paid in full and still not fixed. Be careful. 😡 On 1-4-2021 talked to the District Manager and we were able to come to a conclusion and make things right. I am very happy with the conclusion and the outcome. Great customer service by the District Manager. He will follow through with making the customer happy and I really appreciate the call and concern to make things right for everyone. “Just as I would expect from the owner. He called me and we spoke on how we could resolve the issue. This is a company that stands by not only what they do, but what they say. I truly appreciate Signature Flooring's response. I have been involved in several business transactions with the owner over the last 8 years. Most have come from me recommending Signature Flooring to my clients and in fact, Signature Flooring had done kitchen work on my own personal residence. That was then, this is now. Early on, when the owner was building the business, we would work one on one. He was conscientious on the job and I would often reach him directly by cell phone. My most recent experience has been nothing like the relationship I once knew. 3 years ago, Signature Flooring had installed vinyl plank at one of my client's homes. Some of the flooring had started pulling away from underneath the corner round molding at the wall. Truly, no big deal, as this is common and just takes some "kicking" to put it back in place. There was also a small 6" x 6" square piece that had somehow been removed and Signature Flooring gave us a quote that included a full box of planks as we had none left over to repair that small section. We accepted the quote and asked them to proceed. Then Signature Flooring informs us the original flooring is no longer available and asks if we'd like a quote for a complete flooring install. Does it make sense to rip up old flooring and install all new flooring when all that is needed is a 6" x 6" patch job and some "kicking" to put the flooring back in place? We responded back for them to buy a box of flooring that matches the existing flooring as closely as possible. After all, the 6" x 6" missing piece is against the wall in the breakfast nook and wouldn't be that noticeable. Then we were told different products have different locking mechanisms so the flooring wouldn't be installed properly. We're talking about a 6" x 6" piece! Unfortunately, that's the only solution Signature Flooring offered up. If they don't want to do the "small" jobs, just say so instead of making up excuses as to why the job cannot be done.”

There was a drawer that was damaged and a gentleman who was very respectful came to our home. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but no questions asked they took the drawer and even inspected the rest of the cabinets and fixed a few minor things.
