“Short version: They are the fantastic! We have used Moon’s Flooring in the past and just contacted them again for a repair. A valve that we were working on cracked in a concealed area and started a very slow drip that wasn’t apparent until the floors started buckling over a week later! (Things happen from time to time, but we take care of them!) Unfortunately, the small damaged area was part of a 3000+/- square foot continuous hardwood floor that went throughout the entire home. In the past I have heard that in order to match the color the entire floor needs to be refinished. This would have required us to move all of the furniture and people out of the house for several days while the work was done, but Jeff came out and immediately recognized the color and told us that it would be no problem to match it without redoing the entire floor! They gave us a very fair price for the work and we are in the process of scheduling. Everyone that I have spoken to about Moon’s has only had wonderful things to say and we are no different. They are honest people who do great work!”

The job was scheduled for within a week of our meeting and completed in one day. They 5in vinyl plank we chose looked great and was installed properly and topped off with 1/4 round that gave it that finished look. I'd encountered a lot of aggressive sales people in the furniture sales industry with their over promise & under deliver tactics. Also, finding the furniture you like and having it available on the same day is unheard of in today's logistical dilemma. After going to just about every furniture store this side of the Metroplex, I walked into Stacy's. I didn't expect to find the exact type of sofa I wanted at a good price and available that day. Thankfully, I did and I can gladly say they were my last stop. Not wanting to deal with shipping, I was even able to pick up the sofa from the Stacy's warehouse in Flower Mound. The sofa was easy to install and just what I was looking for! A big shout out to Perry, my salesperson. He's a kind, honest person who helped me save money in the process. Will definitely give Stacy's a look in the future!”
