His attention to detail is incredible. We consider our reupholstered chairs and chaise to be family heirlooms now, because they are so beautiful and well done. Willing to give correct information on merchandise and probably the only person I’ve met recently that isn’t pushy, not has an ounce or pride in her. Super sweet and professional. I saw a coffee and I’m a lover of coffee while I was browsing and mentioned if I may have one. She immediately got on top of it and asked if I like the stronger coffee and also shared how she loves coffee at odd hours. Personable and super nice. If you visit this place, ask for her. Once again her name is Edyd. You won’t find stuck-up-ness in her like others these days for example Lamps Plus. You have to tell them the correct info but they won’t vouch or go out of their way. Euro Living- owner or manager was here as well and I’m l complimented their service where he even stated weather so one spends a dollar o thousands here, they get the same kind of service, but I believe it was Edyd’s nature of who she is that made this visit different. So thank you for an amazing service as I’m enjoying my coffee. Something so simple can go long ways and I believe I have to recognize it. By far the best service so far !”

“We are very pleased with our new wood flooring. We wanted to finish our bedrooms with wood flooring that was similar to the other flooring in our home. Ben was very helpful and courteous. After finishing the bedrooms I wanted a few pieces in the kitchen taken out and replaced because I had noticed some water damage. Having a new puppy I thought it was from her water bowl. Much to our surprise when the wood was removed we found a water leak in the slab. A plumber had to be called and then the wood taken up and redone. Again, Ben was very helpful in getting the new floor installed in a timely manner. It blends nicely with the older floor. We are very pleased and would use them again if needed.”

“A friend of ours hired an interior decorator for a new home they built across the bay from us. Two reading lamps were purchased along with other items from Ligne Roset, which were beautiful by the way. Unfortunately one of the lamps was knocked over and globe was broken. In our search to replace it, we found out that it was a unique item and limited number were made and couldn’t be replaced. I do love their merchandise because it’s not something you see everywhere. We called Ligne Roset and we were helped by Peter who searched their warehouse to find similar globes to match the remaining one of the pair. I can’t say enough about his dedication to customer needs. It turns out that one of the two globes he sent us matched and looks great! Not many people would go to the trouble to help on that level. It took communication back and forth to have them locate something compatible and have shipped so quickly. I can’t say enough about Peter’s dedication to Ligne Roset and it’s customers. I will definitely share my experience and highly recommend! Five stars for Peter!”

Our experience with contractors has not always been good. This has been beyond the best and so comfortable for us. We have no problem referring them again and again. They did our Master bath as well.
