Who were there a couple of weekends ago and we were just amazed at how friendly the staff was. The prices were reasonable. The selection was pretty extensive. And if I may call attention to someone. There is a manager there named Sean. I spoke with him at length for a. Of time while the wife did some shopping and I tell you what he was just fantastic! If more managers does the kind of Pride that he takes in his store with their store I'm pretty sure the customer service industry would just get turned upside down. Friendly knowledgeable courteous and extremely helpful. Maybe they'll take Sean and put him in a role to train other managers. If I could give you 10 Stars I would.”

“I bought my bed a month ago and LOVE the way it feels. I really like the quality of the material and the way it conforms to my body. Mel was great in recommending me what I needed based on what I was telling I was looking for. The fact that you can change the pads from soft - hard was great for me as I love hard surfaces and my wife loves the extra soft cushion. With this bed we were able to get what we were looking for as when I hit the bed I fall asleep right away. I also ordered the comforter and pillows which makes things much nicer for the bed. Will definitely recommend and we will be placing our kids beds order this weekend. Adrian”

“After looking online came into East Brunswick store to confirm some information and Bill H and his manager, hooked us up with a nice package for our appliances. Helped guide us as some product we originally wanted was discontinued from manufacturer, but were able to help us find replacement and actual better item. Also included extended warranties which we hadn't thought of, and two accessories for the appliances which we hadn't realized about. Overall even with the extras pieces it was below what I had anticipated. We've purchased here before over the years and have never had an issue, that's why we returned again. We have never had a problem with deliveries either. Over all the experience was very pleasant and we walked out completed satisfied. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and friendly. A pleasure to do business with.”

One issue I found was that on occasion they are lacking in trees and garden supplies but it’s possible that many people purchase these particular items that’s why I’m not giving them a lower rating. That may not be something that is their fault.”

“Donna Owens helped us choose furniture and accent pieces for my Dad's move to assisted living, where the focus was ease of use and mobility issues. Helpful advice; knew the inventory well. Helped us arrange special shipping. Great experience. Will consult with her when we choose furniture for ourselves in the spring April 2021: I returned to work with Donna to update furniture, art work, and rugs after the first positive experience. last fall. Donna worked with us for hours, helping us select about 30 new items. She checked on availability and gave us advice on protecting the furniture from stains, etc. She even prepared a quote for us as we pointed out pieces that we wanted to consider several days from then. She was very nice about moving pieces around the showroom floor so we could see if they matched other pieces. Our order was complicated, but there hasn't been a single glitch, thanks to Donna. She let us know that she would be away from Hom the next week and set up everything so that we could make final selections in her absence. That process was seamless and help from her colleagues Ray and Travis was great! Recommend setting up an appointment to have Donna help you, especially on orders where several pieces are involved :-) Deb and Mike”

“I have purchased two Jacuzzi hot tubs from East Coast Leisure since 2006. I had no issues with either one of them. I only purchased a second because I lost the first one during negotiations on the sale of our previous home. Today, I had a service appointment because I thought there was a leak with my tub Was provided an approximate estimate in advance. They arrived on time. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. By that I mean, when he took the sides off the hot tub, it was obvious a “critter” made a temporary residence in the hollow space. Tech allowed me ample time to get my shop vac and clean up the evidence. He even performed an extra task at no charge. I would highly recommend East Coast Leisure.”
