He helped me pick out a great mattress along with giving me advice on a base to pair it with. He was informative without pressuring me to buy, and I left to think it over and make a decision. I called back the next day to order and they remembered the mattress I had looked at, it was extremely easy to get a delivery scheduled with pretty minimal lead time.
