Julio is extremely knowledgable about the body's mechanics, and he knows how to strengthen various muscles to alleviate old recurring injuries. I can't recommend him highly enough. I'm 63 years old, and I've been working out nearly every day for years (swimming, running, walking, rowing), but with Julio I feel fitter and stronger. “The weights and machines are overall adequate. There is only two benches and one squat rock though. You should be fine as long as you go before 4pm. It is swarmed with people and you’ll be working in with three people. Plenty of dumbbells and weights. No proper area to deadlift or do other power lifts like snatch and clean and jerk. This place also has a pool, basketball courts, and various other equipment and services. I only really use it for the weights and have had a pleasant experience so far. Definitely recommended for try.”

“I have been a member of several yoga studios over the years but Inspire Yoga in Colleyville is by far my favorite. I joined 9 months ago and have loved every minute. The instructors are incredible - every class is unique because the instructors create their own yoga flows. Each instructor has their own style - I love the variety and it keeps me challenged. I have found my time at Inspire to be the most well-rounded yoga workouts I've had in my 20+ years of yoga practice. The location itself is terrific: immaculately clean bathrooms with showers, excellent yoga props/equipment, and a large yoga room with plenty of space for your practice. Best of all is the atmosphere - the staff and students are all super friendly and welcoming.”

“Barre3. My first review for them was in 2015, when they opened. I came for a Yelp event and I’m proud to say I’ve been a regular since then. Now, I’m not someone who sticks with a particular workout regimen, gyms are not my style. However, Barre3 is different. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates and barre founded by Sadie Lincoln. (Also a great listen on “How I Built This” on the origins of the company.) I’ve been coming here for 7 years. I’ve done community classes, I’ve bought class packages, I’ve done live steam and been in the studio. What I’m most thankful for is that this is a welcome, opening community. You are welcomed every time you come to the studio. Anyone is welcome to join. I’ve had friends join me who felt the body positivity during the class and felt welcomed. They frequently do community classes in locations like Paristown or at Work the Metal. I’ve enjoyed these classes too as an opportunity to share Barre3 with friends. In the spring/fall, they typically do class pack sales where I purchases classes so I can come and go as I can. I haven’t done the monthly membership only because it is hard for me to go on workdays. The instructors (Abby, Mel, Kelly, Emily, Becca) have all been amazing. They have different styles and I workout something new every time. This community makes me happy and makes me feel like I belong. It has taken me so long to find a fitness community that does that for me. I’m so glad Barre3 has been here for 7 years, and cheers and gratitude to more.”
