“Master Smith has a kind but firm demeanor that works very well with young people. He is not the "stereotypical" martial arts instructor that you see in the movies, like "Karate Kid". He is also very patient and does not belittle the students who are not so physically talented. Our son, who has had attention and focus issues, found a loving home at Smiths Martial Arts Academy and after four years of hard work, has earn a black belt. This was a kid who initially faked being sleepy to get out of going to class. Also, his school is smaller, so you always have Master Smith's attention during class. Shannon's choreography is right up there with the of the best. Krys just loved her routines and I think for the first time in her gymnastics career understood the mechanics of what she was being asked to perform. As an older gymnast she was also encouraged to begin coaching... My youngest daughter Becca also enjoyed the rec. programs that were offered... I would highly recommend this club for anyone!!!”

“Finally…. This isn’t your average gym. This wellness center is the best in town. The support from the staff beats any “gym” any day. Liz and Linda are great. If I have questions about a workout they both are available to help me. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has started over in the gym 100 times but this time…. It’s different, the support is so amazing I don’t need to start over I just keep going. Ohhh and how can I forget about the body butter that’s for sale there. OMG I use it everyday and night and my skin is so soft. I even use it on my toddler who suffers from dry skin. Hear me when I say this is more than a gym. You will not be disappointed.”

“We are traveling around the United States for a year and we hit all the planet Fitness. This one is pretty busy, it's Monday between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. that we visited. Staff was phenomenal. Best ones so far. Tanning booths and massage all available, no waiting. Jim is very clean, it's a large facility, they have the four big fans spinning the correct way and getting a lot of air circulated, overall very well maintained gym and staff.”

I am just getting back into weight lifting and was nervous about being a beginner, so I did the free trial (no credit card, no hassle) and the free training session with Shane. For the training session he worked with me on what I wanted to and he was very helpful and supportive. The owner Eric is also very friendly and helpful and answered all of my membership questions (I think I had a million). The gym itself has everything you could need. I went usually somewhere between 12-3pm and it was never crowded. No mask shaming, no not mask shaming, and other gym goers were courteous. There were all sorts of different people there so I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Definitely a great gym to join if you’re looking for something in Nashua. I highly recommend it.”
