Taking off 1 star because I think coaches/staff can be a bit more attentive when they're teaching classes with young kids. Too many times a kid will run under a climber and it creates a potentially bad situation for everybody.”

“My friends and I came to Avery Family Farm for a private goat yoga event recently and we had the best time! I loved that Amanda let us choose exactly how much yoga we wanted to do - and in the end we opted mostly for just cuddling with all the goats! The goats were very sweet and snuggly and Amanda was very informative, telling us all of the goats names and answering all of our questions. I will definitely be back!”

“Wonderful birthday party experience. We had a party of 15 kids (most were 2nd graders) and I strongly recommend it for a birthday party. I was especially impressed by the flexibility of the staff to allow our party to be how we wanted. We wanted the kids to have as much time as possible to play so we only used the party room for coats, presents and juice/soda. No gift opening. No food. No cake. The two employees working the check-in desk and then supervising the gym were fantastic. They kept the kids safe by enforcing the rules but allowed them to run wild and helped them have a ton of fun! We did the gymnastics + bounce house option and it was worth the added fee to give another option of activity within the gym. Thank you for a great party!”

Even though these are group classes, each class feels tailored to each person- every move/exercise in class has modifications, and the instructors are making sure to adjust your form if needed. “Stopped here for a workout during a road trip and I was so impressed I had to leave a review. First thing I noticed was how clean it was. The locker room was spotless including the private showers (bring your own soap). The workout floor is huge with tall ceilings and complete with full Olympic racks, plenty of quality exercise machines, cable machines, dumbbells, and cardio machines. Front desk staff is very friendly. Would recommend!”

“Our daughters LOVE Metro Stars. One takes the tumbling and trampoline class and both frequently attend Open Gym on Friday nights. We have also hosted our daughter's birthday party at Metro Stars. The thing I like most is the staff; they are all well trained and make it a fun experience for the kids. At my daughter's birthday party there was one child who was reluctant to participate; the staff didn't give up and eventually he was having a blast with the rest of the group. Even at Open Gym nights, the staff are engaged with the kids; teaching them and making sure everyone is having fun. You will never see them sitting around on their phones or just chatting with each other. We love this place!”
