Quiet and not busy so it feels like you have the whole gym to yourself most days. Sauna downstairs no men allowed in it so it feels super reserved and safe. “this was an interesting class! We had a long haired blonde instructor, very cool vibe from her. I had never done spin before. The lights were off and sometimes it was like a meditation class and other times it was like a hip hop dance class. Couldn’t quite pin down what the experience was. I’ll definitely try it again sometime !”

“This is a game changer when it comes to fitness! I participated in Cross Fit for a year, I am a member of Life Time Fitness and I have a Peloton Bike. Nothing compares to this place! I feel like a member of the family receiving support and encouragement from an amazing trainer but also from every member of this gym! It doesn't matter which class I attend. I feel secure and I fit in as everyone there looks like me and I feel free to be myself. No matter my size, shape or condition, I don't feel judged, I feel supported! No matter which class I attend, I will get a very strategic, well thought out, ever changing and beneficial work out! The gym is the perfect size. It is clean and I feel safe. The owner and trainer Sanchez keeps you engaged, encouraged and motivated 24/7. I feel very fortunate to have found a place that I look forward to going to to better myself on a daily basis!”

“This studio is fantastic! Unfortunately I’m not local but after coming last year for the grand opening I knew I had to come back. Cecily is so fun and upbeat and welcoming. I just returned for a class and she greeted me like an old friend. I’ve tried both a vinyasa and a sculpt class with the infrared heating. You will sweat! You will feel sore! You will absolutely not regret it! Highly recommend this studio, I will return anytime I’m in town.”

“My daughter loves Aerial Arts at Dynasty Fitness! Her coaches are incredible people, so patient and calm all while teacher her the skills to safely do acrobatic skills. She also did Parkour classes in the past and loved the challenges and fun they had in class! “Bar none: the best gym in Bucks. I've been a member at Extreme for the past 18 months. It's the best health decision I've made in my adult life. Every class is uniquely programmed (it's never the same class twice). For group classes, you'll have the benefit of of your own rig with a bench, rack, medicine balls, battle ropes, etc. There's a slew of boxing/kickboxing classes. The attention to detail is top-notch - great instruction, great motivation from the trainers, and ongoing education through social media. The trainers have a serious knack for getting the best out of you. The community is fantastic. There's no egos here. Just people wanting to see you do better.”

Love the gym is on the 2nd floor, the view of the lake and the pool when working out is absolutely beautiful. The locker room is on the first floor. The grounds are well kept, well maintained.
