“I'm a big fan of Home Depot. It's got a great selection I was just about everything that you might want and the staff are fairly knowledgeable and friendly. There are occasionally long wait times to get some help, but once you do, folks are usually very helpful. I did have experience here where the rental deal was a little bit shady, where they basically said if I don't pay for the insurance and the machine broke, even if it wasn't my fault, that it would be my fault, which is in part why I'm giving it 4 stars, but overall I'm a big fan of the Home Depot chain. And like I mentioned on the meadowview review, I absolutely love the Ryobi power tool deals., And you still have the option to get the more expensive Milwaukee and DeWalt tools. But but the Ryobi ones have been great for me and my home use. Of course, apart from these other things, the store has a great selection of lighting, which overall is a decent deal now but can still be a little pricey, as well as garden, paint, and just about everything you need. Plus, two weeks ago when I was really hot, there was a shopping cart nearby that I could put both of my dogs into! I also never have a problem giving my dog's a nice walk inside the store.”

“I ordered two boutique cobblestone round racks for my shop and they were absolutely beautiful! Fast shipping and a great product overall. Unfortunately, at no fault to Store Supply Warehouse, the box of one of our round racks was damaged during transit and some hardware fell out and a leg to the rack was damaged. I was so distraught over how I was going to get this rack back to them but when I called it was a complete non-issue. They are shipping out a new rack for me today that I will have by tomorrow and told me not to worry about sending the damaged rack back to them. What amazing customer service!! I was completely blown away! I am so used to having to fight tooth and nail for every ounce of respect and customer service from companies when ordering items and it was incredibly refreshing to work with a company so set on customer satisfaction. “After having just moved out here, I've visited the store three times now. The staff have been very helpful and most of the prices comparable to the big box stores. The convenience of it being minutes away rather having to drive into town is priceless. One quirk that takes getting used to is picking up lumber and PVC. In a big box store you can peruse the shelves yourself (marvelling at how very few pieces are straight) but at this store they'll have to call downstairs to check the stock. I needed some specific width trim so they let me go downstairs to work with the guy in person. All very friendly and accommodating.”

“Barry S from the Home Depot Store at Division was awesome. I believe he works in Lighting Department. He assisted in helping me find outdoor spot lights. We previously purchased a set 2 weeks prior and found out there was only 7 left in the store the following week. Barry S assisted us with looking for them, since he was busy assisting other customers, he decided to take my number down and to call me when he found them. A couple hours later he called me said he located 2 and put them aside for us. We returned that same night to purchase them. Great customer service. He went well beyond his way to assist. Will shop at Home Depot more often just based on the experience with Barry S.”
