“Customer service wise was excellent. Brought in hedge trimmer that just exploded-still under warranty. At least they know if be shafted and told me Echo would say its my fault for exploding and screw me on the warranty and not pay for it(which i confirmed with Echo themselves) but at least the dealer gave me a heads up saving me the deposit. He also brought it to my attention echo does not cover labor - even under warranty(7year is BS parts only), so i chucked the hedge that exploded and replaced my other broken echo blower ignition myself.”

Aside from Sandie's awesome customer service, this Lowe's location has a great selection of products and specialists are always on the floor ready to help (especially in appliances).”
