I had to get on the phone and figure out a few Financial options we had before choosing and she was more than patient and helpful. Melonie not only helped me with the kids while on the phone, but she did everything possible to make it a quick and easy process and it was just that. The delivery guys were also amazing and all the staff in the store that day. I love Sears and will always shop there first because their service is untouchable, prices and quality too. The guy who helped me pretty much knew he didn't have the compression fitting I was looking for but he tried to find it in two different places and when he couldn't, he didn't waste my time telling me he could order it for me. He just directed me to the nearest place I could find what I was looking for. For that, I felt like coming back as soon as I needed something they did have. 1 star off for not having my fitting but otherwise top rate service.”

“I love how Lowe's put all your planting needs and wants right in the front as soon as you walk in their door. The only thing I would ask them to change is having more than one associate for the plant department. But overall their associates are very helpful and knowledgeable about what you need to get your home projects done. And for a heads up...... if your looking for a particular day or days that the store is empty they vary, but what I've found is Monday's, Wednesday's, and early Thursday mornings. Helpfully this helps everyone out! Happy shopping!”
