The environment is great. The staff is amazing and make you feel welcome the whole time you're there. The fact they have a prayer box and Christian music playing was an added plus for me I was very impressed. They are very flexible with the schedule and if for some reason I can't make it to my scheduled appointment I can either set it for an earlier or later time no issue.
