“I became a patient of Merry Dental when my old office changed hands. I was given a recommendation from a former hygienist to try this group. I have no regrets. I have always been greeted warmly. They keep me looped in via both e-mail and text. I had Kelly today and again, these ladies are professional yet friendly. No one likes going to the dentist ( muck like doctors) but we do and would highly recommend this office and it's staff. I hope to see them for many more years. Preferably for just regular cleanings.”

She is attentive to beginners and limitations each individual may have due to injuries or other things. The classes are amazing! “I just had my appointment to have my braces put on at 11:00 AM on 01/09/24. I'll update this review periodically as the progress happens. For now, I'm really excited to fix my huge overbite, gummy smile, and jaw pain! So, while I can't yet review how the braces have worked, as it is still day one, I can absolutely talk about how WONDERFUL the staff is! Both the doctor, Dr. Jim Fraser, and the assistant (I'm so sorry, I don't remember her name, but I will edit this when I update it as she super deserves to be metioned too) were amazing! Super nice to work with, and willing to explain everything throughly so I would understand before and while working on me. The appointment was quick, both in the actual procedure which not only involved putting on the brackets, but also taking off some old Invisalign attachments I still had on from a different place years ago, as well as the waiting time, as I started my appointment right at 11:00, as scheduled. In addition to starting right on time and not having to wait a long time, the appointments also feel very personal, like they're there to specifically help you in that time, which, I know they are, but some places have a very "we have to get you out so we can get the next person in" kind of feeling to them, which Apex thankfully didn't do at all. They made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in their work and abilities my entire appointment, as well as during the free consultation. So far, I definitely recommend this place, and will keep my review update as my treatment progresses.”

“I needed catheters but they did not fall within my insurance network. A woman named Debra went Above and beyond for two weeks straight in tracking down another company who could fulfill my referral. (I kid you not, she did far more than my own doctors office). She single handily made phone calls to other companies and found me someone who could fulfill my referral so that I can essentially live. Without those catheters I would be going into sepsis in two days or back in the Er with a folly. She found someone, they fulfilled my order and I had to make sure everyone knew that she could have just told me “sorry find someone else good luck” instead she called me daily and followed up with me and she continually called around until someone was able to fulfill it. I cannot thank 180 medical and Debra enough. She did what my own doctors office wasn’t willing to do. She did more than I could have imagined and she didn’t even know me. If you need help, call 180 medical. There needs to be more offices like 180 medical who have staff like Debra. Thank you truly.”

“I love this location not only because it's convenient, but it's always fully stocked. The store is very clean and the customer service is great! I work in retail myself and I can easily recognize whether or not someone is going above and beyond and they definitely do that here! I use the Dollar General app as well and clip digital coupons and the last time I shopped here I saved $21.00 in store discounts alone! I am very happy about that and my experience was fantastic as always!”
