“My friend is recuperating here after open heart surgery. I am giving this facility such a high rating because of the warmth and friendliness of the staff.. They are professional while fostering a fun “vibe,” which is appreciated during the stressful times people are dealing with when healing. They are responsive when trying to reach them by phone. The facility always smells clean. Their Covid protocol is consistent and careful, without being unwelcoming to visitors. I am glad my friend is there and appreciate the care he is receiving.”

“Very happy with emergency room care. I waited a little to long to bring my daughter in because I was afraid of long wait but as soon as we walked in the nurse at front desk, Isaac, took one look at her at started to help her. He expedited the triage and alerted the doctor to her needs all while still attending to people at front desk of ER. The doctors, nurses, blood work nurse and ultrasound technician all provided prompt and kind treatment. It was obvious they were all extremely busy, they never stopped, the nurses practically running but every interaction we had or that I overheard was kind and professional. I thank them all for their care and feel very reassured that we have good people working in the ER. I think they need more supports so that they don't have to keep that pace up continuously, its not fair to them.”

“There are not enough words to express how amazing Julie and her staff at Magnolia Gardens are. Due to family drama, I was in an emergency situation where my grandmother needed to be medically transported from CA to Vancouver and QUICKLY. Within minutes of my initial phone call, Julie had called me back and we scheduled a tour for the next day or two. I was completely taken aback by the beauty and cleanliness of her Care Home, as well as her patience with and understanding of our situation. Julie made special arrangements to get my grandma moved in and set up and took AMAZING care of her. My grandma was completely bedridden and stubborn enough to not want to get out of bed. Julie and her staff still made 100% certain that she was clean, well fed, and never had any bed sores from being sedentary. My grandmother lived out the last few months of her life in better health than she had been in in YEARS! I attribute ALL of that to the love, care and compassion the owners and staff at Magnolia Gardens showed to her, as well as the rest of our family. I found the most amazing place to take care of my grandma (whom I was extremely close with) but I also found friends and now extended family with Julie and her staff. There is simply NOTHING, NOWHERE or NO ONE better to care for your loved one.”
