I had purchased my blinds years ago and the company I had purchased from is no longer in business. I searched Hunter Douglas blinds and came across Cambridge Flooring Design in Cameron Park. I took my broken part in and talked to Letha who passed the information on to Jennifer. A week later I have my part and the Vertiglide is working like new.
