“I called the number and Steve the owner, answered on Sunday, 8/14/2023. He headed straight to my house to remove, what was a large bald-faced hornet nest. He was quite funny and eased my anxiety regarding this nest. He was quick and efficient in removing the unwanted hive, and requested we stay inside for 24 hours. He said to watch for rebuilding of the nest- though he didn’t think that would happen, and if nest started to rebuild, to call him asap and he’d return to remove it again. He was quick to assist and more than professional in the removal of these dangerous hornets. A#1 Steve- thanks again !”

“I have never seen this store so clean. I can walk down asiles, I can shop without feeling like I'm being watched. Don't have workers there under the influence. I don't know this manager personally but have talked with her quite a bit. She has really done an immaculate job getting it cleaned up. I can't wait until Christmas time again. At leastt I know exactly where she saysvits located it will be. She's always there, always opened on time. Always working hard to improve herself and store. I don't think anything will stop her from getting up and going to the store. Don't let this young lady quit. We don't want the old manager back. He never cared nor did he ever do anything. “We are thrilled with our new fireplace installed by FireSide Hearth and Home of Royal Oak. Our dated and cracked surround needed to be replaced and we ended up refreshing everything but the mantle. New surround, new hearth tile, new door, new logs, etc. The result is a refreshing, modern look that transformed our living room, yet doesn't seem out of place in our 80-year old home. I highly recommend FireSide Hearth and Home. To set expectations, don't expect it to happen overnight though. From initial visit, design, site measuring, changes, ordering, supply chain, and installation, it was about a 3 month process. This is is not a complaint though, a lot of time was taken to make sure right decisions were made and there were product delays. It was well worth the wait! (Now we just have to wait for these 90 degree Summer days to pass to really enjoy it).”

“I went to the Erie Blvd location in Schenectady. They only stock electrical supplies, which is why I go there. Service is good, you will pay a little more, but the selection and quality of the merchandise can't be beat. When I need something that the big box stores don't carry, I go here, walk in, and get what I want. The entrance is on the right hand side of the building as you face it and they have a dedicated customer parking lot there. I've been shopping there since the mid seventies. And I'll definitely go back.”
