I got a call within 2 days and James came out within a week to look at our space and help us design a deck that would suit our needs. They were already booked out about 4-5 months, but understandable with the type of work they do. John called a few weeks before our installation date to provide us with an update and ensure the area was ready for the install as we were removing our old deck. They are all highly-skilled perfectionists that took their time to do things right the first time. Communication was driven by me (asking for updates, etc.) and owner was responsive to my needs. Although timing of our install was delayed due to COVID, work shortages, etc., out of the owners' control, the end result was well-worth the wait, and came in on-budget. Any challenges, issues or concerns were also resolved in a mutually respectful way (any construction project will have some bumps or inadvertent miscommunication along the way--the key was handling them with grace). Would absolutely hire again.”
