The son was one of the main people doing our floor installation and the daughter runs the books. My floors look absolutely amazing they were very uneven and these guys leveled them out perfectly. They only took a week to refloor our whole house and the guys that came out were like family. They were very respectful worked super hard and we're just all around a great crew. If you order online and have it shipped to the store or your house then they are only 9 cents a photo which is the cheapest price I've found anywhere. There are a lot of photo gift options too like mugs, blankets, canvases, collages, etc. It's a great place to print holiday cards and so much more. If you are going to use the instant print station I would suggest just putting the pictures on a flash drive or a memory card because if you have tons of photos on your phone, like me, then it takes forever to load them all on the computer to print. You can also print straight from your Facebook.”

“My review of Islander Pools begins back in March (2022) when I learned that my mother-in-law was going to disassemble her above ground pool while simultaneously leaving three granddaughters without a summer swimming hole (yes, that would be my three daughters). Within a matter of hours, I was ready to act on what my wife and I had talked about for a few years; to put in our own pool. In my customary fashion, I dove deep into research and reviews and over the span of 72 hours, visited Islander as well as a competitor on multiple face-to-face occasions. But allow me to share why it was I ultimately chose Islander over the competition. I work in sales. I LIVE sales. Good, clean, honest sales built on rapport, trust and a “white glove” customer service experience. In the 2-3 days that I contemplated my purchase and had numerous questions, Andrew Apple @ Islander extended to me the very same level of customer service and sales experience that I dedicate myself to personally every day. When I emailed a question, I had a reply within minutes. Not just my first email or my 3rd, but after a handful+ of emails spanning 48+ hours, Andrew was basically my personal consultant. He was there, immediately and addressed my questions/concerns with confidence and certainty. I’m so glad that I delayed my comments of Islander Pool so that my review could span an entire season (from purchase to install to questions re: care to closing) because the comments meant so much to me when I was contemplating my purchase 7 months ago – I hope that my review proves fruitful in your decision. “Turns out that we had a case of bedbugs. Not sure where they come from, but we had them. Tried all the home remedies and spraying that was available to us. None really helped. I had been doing research on bug removal and had seen that heat was the best option for them. I contacted them and set an appointment for them to come out and give their free estimate. Once there, we discussed the options and pricing. They were prompt with reminders and on the day of the extermination were early. The whole experience was so very easy from start to finish.
