Jim O. was awesome to work with. He did a tremendous job explaining the differences with each spa and helped find the one that was best for me. I’ve called Jim numerous times after installation with questions and he’s been just as helpful. Jim is a spa owner himself so he has first hand knowledge to offer. The crew that set up the hot tub was also informative and friendly. Went back to the store for a water test and again, everyone was helpful. Highly recommend!

My review of Islander Pools begins back in March (2022) when I learned that my mother-in-law was going to disassemble her above ground pool while simultaneously leaving three granddaughters without a summer swimming hole (yes, that would be my three daughters). Within a matter of hours, I was ready to act on what my wife and I had talked about for a few years; to put in our own pool.

In my customary fashion, I dove deep into research and reviews and over the span of 72 hours, visited Islander as well as a competitor on multiple face-to-face occasions. But allow me to share why it was I ultimately chose Islander over the competition. I work in sales. I LIVE sales. Good, clean, honest sales built on rapport, trust and a “white glove” customer service experience. In the 2-3 days that I contemplated my purchase and had numerous questions, Andrew Apple @ Islander extended to me the very same level of customer service and sales experience that I dedicate myself to personally every day. When I emailed a question, I had a reply within minutes. Not just my first email or my 3rd, but after a handful+ of emails spanning 48+ hours, Andrew was basically my personal consultant. He was there, immediately and addressed my questions/concerns with confidence and certainty.

The process to purchase a pool with Andrew, in my opinion, could not have been any more pleasant, and comfortable and in the end, confirmed to me that I had clearly made the right choice!
Wait, it gets better! The process post-purchase – all the elements that I never thought of; permits, issues with permits, delays with permits, installation rescheduling, permits being approved and celebrated, digging out for the pool, installation, post-installation clean-up, water care, chemicals, questions, closing and surely other elements that I’ve missed – Andrew as well as the entirety of the Islander team (I’ve met quite a few people during my 1st season of pool ownership and they are all equally as dedicated and friendly and caring as Andrew) continue to go absolutely ABOVE AND WELL BEYOND to ensure that (1) your experience of investing in a pool was indeed a great choice and that (2) you did extremely well by choosing Islander Pools.

I’m so glad that I delayed my comments of Islander Pool so that my review could span an entire season (from purchase to install to questions re: care to closing) because the comments meant so much to me when I was contemplating my purchase 7 months ago – I hope that my review proves fruitful in your decision. For my family and I, it proved to be one of the best decisions I made thus far in 2022!

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Eric. Not only was he informative he was helpful. Eric went above and beyond for us and let us know which products were needed for our never used hot tub spa. Very good experience and will definitely visit again for all of my hot tub needs. Thank you so much Eric for all your help

We had Islander replace the liner in our 18 x 36 in-ground pool. When we bought the liner from Nick in early May we were told it would be installed around the end of June. Herb, who coordinated the install called us about 6/20 and told us it would be a bit late. We had no problem with that at all. They came to do the liner on 7/26 (had some unforeseen weather issues). Steve (the installer), after removing the old liner, told us he recommended that we should skim coat the bottom before installing the liner and we agreed it was the best idea. The bottom line is that Islander did everything they said they would and the communications was great. Herb communicated well on Islander's part and Steve and his guys did a really good job on the installation and did everything they said they would and cleaned up well. We are just at the point of starting the pump up after filling the pool and don't have a single wrinkle and the bottom is very, very smooth. Great job by Islander from purchase through install and special kudos to Steve and his crew. Five stars plus.

I am just reaching out to let management know that Dani and Katherine have been so helpful every time I walk in there. I have had nothing but a green pool for the last 2 years( using a different company). They have helped me get my pool Crystal clear. Here is too a fun summer in my pool! These girls are the best of the best!!!!!
