Simple- when I called I spoke to actual people, no automated choices, no long wait- also the ladies in the office remembered it was my sons birthday and made sure to get someone out to treat in ample time to clear the ants and check on things before the party. The techs that came out were wonderful, they explained what they were doing and took time to explain it to my 7 year old (he loves them), and lastly the technician told me that the owner of the company is out working with them and meeting the customers.
